He should just do whatever he wants with a, "Damn the torpedoes! Full speed ahead!" attitude instead of being so mealy-mouthed. Oh you can tell him I said that, he knows I think that because I told him. He talks about respecting people and having tact and diplomacy. I know you need those things, duh! I think he is too tactful and diplomatic. he is afraid to stand up for himself.
